Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
During drops, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery timeframes (after processing):

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GHST WRLD is not responsible for:

orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly

delivery issues due to incomplete/incorrect address information
If you notice an issue after ordering, contact us immediately at [support@ghstwrld.com]. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, GHST WRLD is not responsible for theft or loss. If your package shows delivered but you don’t have it:

Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If your tracking hasn’t updated for [7] days (domestic) or [14] days (international), contact us so we can investigate.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email [support@ghstwrld.com] within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of the item(s)

photos of the packaging
We’ll review and work with you on the next steps.
International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
