Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags/packaging included.

  • No restocking fee.

Return Shipping

  • We offer a $8.00 flat-rate return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and approved.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an item is marked “Final Sale,” it cannot be returned.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@ghstwrld.com with:

    • your order number

    • the item(s) you’d like to return

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and your $8 flat-rate return label.

  3. Pack your items securely and drop off with the carrier listed on the label.

Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered, please allow [3–7] business days for inspection and processing.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (minus the $8 return label fee, if used).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ghstwrld.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
